Free Shipping
We offer Free shipping on all goods on our website,we ship using economy services that may take between 3 and 14 days
We can only ship internet orders to the mainland of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. We ship only on Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday and Friday.
 
Expedited Delivery & International
If you pay for Expedited Delivery we will push these orders and they will leave our warehouse on the same day if the order is received before 2pm or first thing the following day' This shipping method does not include Rods or any item with a length over 1 meter.

Please Note that our large items are dispatched using myhermes parcel services so delivery may take up to 7 working days not including Saturday or Sundays or Bank Holidays.

To improve our shipping services it is advisable for you to include your Phone Number in order for carriers to contact you in the event of delivery Advice being required from you.

In order for us to Provide free delivery of our products we will repack and remove unnecessary manufactures packaging as some pre blister packed items can double our postage costs, this does not effect the quality or the performance of any item that we send you and when repacked for shipping the materials we use are superior to the original packaging and more suitable for Mail Order.

Delays caused by the delivering companies are beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for delays once they have accepted the parcel from us. 

PLEASE NOTE unfortunately we may have difficulty in shipping large items such as rods overseas and to the UK Channel Islands therefore we may contact you and give the option of cancelling the order or offer another shipping option
 
Due to the cost of shipping to BT, IM, TR21-25 and some other Scottish Highlands / Channel Island post codes, additional carriage costs may be applicable. This normally depends on the size of the parcel so if possible please contact us prior to ordering and we can confirm the shipping costs.

Paying by Credit Card: During checkout you will be transferred to a secure payment server provided by Paypal where your details will be requested.
Please state the address where your credit or debit card is registered to; this is necessary for the clearance process of your payment, along with a contact telephone number.
You may choose to deliver to a different address by choosing the appropriate option.
Please state a telephone number to allow us to contact you should there be a problem with the payment processing. A mobile/daytime contact number is also a good idea for orders that you are receiving by carrier, if you are likely to be out of the house or at work when your delivery is due.
Personal cheques may take up to five working days for clearance before goods can be dispatched. Jiffybagtackle Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against your purchases, no cash refund if purchase is to a lesser value.
Returns & Replacements
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us within 7 days, unused, in its original packaging together with the receipt. We will exchange it or refund the purchase price of the item. You remain responsible for items until they are received and accepted at our premises and for their return cost.

Faulty items and guarantees: Items that have been used and have become faulty must be returned to Jiffybagtackle with proof of purchase. Due to the durable nature of fishing tackle all claims will be assessed by Jiffybagtackle or the manufacturer to ascertain if the fault is due to manufacture or miss use (ie. ripped landing net snagged on sharp object or a rod or pole used with the wrong line rating) that caused a breakdown of the product. Jiffybagtackle reserve the right to make a percentage charge to any credit or cash refund to reflect any benefits the consumer has received though use of the product.
